These are four splendid, fully equipped cottages located in the highly sought Southière-sur-le-Lac area which we have to offer you so that you may fully enjoy your either your summer or winter vacation time!

This quiet and most enchanting area, located near the banks of the majestic Memphrémagog Lake offer you the opportunity to unwind, relax and enjoy some fabulous outdoor activities with your family and friends. On location, you will enjoy an exclusive beach access to the Memphrémagog Lake, play tennis on the private court, go trekking or biking and, during the winter season, enjoy some fabulous skiing at Mont Orford, located only 5 minutes away.

Each of cottages may accommodate up to four (4) people thanks to two private bedrooms in each cottage. Each cottage also offers a living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, and complete bathroom. Each cottage has its own private backyard, complete with a patio set, exterior fireplace and barbecue for those lazy late summer nights.
